In addition to performing, I work behind the scenes to help organizations design and support audience-centered entertainment programs.

My leadership work focuses on building strong performer teams, developing interactive show formats, and helping live entertainment environments run smoothly and consistently across venues.

Cruise Entertainment Leadership

As National Entertainment Director for Howl at Sea with Norwegian Cruise Line, I support the structure and continuity of dueling piano programming across multiple ships.

This work includes:

• coordinating performer placements
• supporting onboarding processes
• maintaining show consistency across teams
• serving as a communication bridge between performers and leadership
• helping ensure strong audience experiences across venues

Interactive Program Design

I created a live music version of Music Trivia Bingo, an audience-participation format that combines recognizable songs with simple gameplay.

The format was developed to expand how live musicians engage audiences and provides an additional entertainment option for cruise environments, venues, and group events.

Performer Mentorship

I regularly support performers working in audience-interactive piano environments through guidance, preparation, and career development conversations.

This includes:

• preparing musicians for cruise contracts
• helping performers adapt to request-driven formats
• supporting confidence in interactive show environments
• sharing practical expectations of shipboard performance work

I also contribute mentorship support through The Piano Ladies, an organization focused on increasing representation and opportunity for women in piano entertainment.
